Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers basic rooms near the Metro and train station. It features a great rooftop bar overlooking the busy plaza in front of the railway station. Rooms come equipped with a handy fridge, tea and coffee facilities, as well as an ironing board and hair dryer.
The hotel rooms were a bit outdated and shabby but overall comfortable with a fairly nice bathroom. I stayed in room 976 on the top floor, furthest away from the lift. The rooms were not as modern as the majority of the photos here on TripAdvisor suggest.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfortable but had uncomfortable beds and substandard air-conditioning. Although slightly outdated, the location was convenient as everything was right across from each other.
The hotel had clean and nice rooms with good Wi-Fi connection, but lacking furniture and needing decoration updates. The service was not very welcoming. The location was central, close to the train station, but required a taxi to the center. The dining experience was good but could offer more selections. The facilities were decent.
Upon arrival, I found the hotel to have a dated decor in the rooms, but there was a lack of essential furniture like tables and chairs, or even balcony seating. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue during check-in, and the room temperature was unbearably hot. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel showed potential and was accurately advertised.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and a nice balcony. It was a nice size, nothing fancy, but perfect for a one-night stay. The service was excellent, with helpful and understanding staff. The location next to Barcelona Sants Railway Station was a great asset for easy access, despite finding the rooftop bar prices a bit high. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a large and varied selection. Overall, a good value for the money.
The hotel offered cozy and clean rooms with good Wi-Fi connection, although they were rather small and cramped for three people. The service was pleasant but at times overly vigilant, especially with early cleaning. The location was ideal for walking to the old town and Plaza España, with convenient access to the main train station. The dining options were satisfactory but repetitive, offering a homestyle Japanese menu. Overall, the hotel provided a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were okay, with a view over the hills behind and the bustling station, though I wished for a proper double bed instead of two singles pushed together. The balcony offering views of Monjuic was a nice touch. The service was helpful and professional, but a bit slow at times. The location, just a stone's throw from Barcelona Sants train station, made commuting convenient. The dining options were decent, with a good value if pre-ordered at reception.
The hotel is in a great location, close to Sants Station and Placa d'Espanya, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The rooms, although small, come with a handy fridge but lack comfort. The service is a mixed bag, with some staff being uninterested while others being extremely helpful and caring. The dining offers a variety of options but may need to streamline the menu to improve value for money.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, featuring a comfy bed and spacious layout. The service was mostly helpful, and the location was convenient near the train station. The dining experience was really nice with plenty of choices. Overall, a good value for money option.
My stay at the hotel was a bit disappointing. The rooms didn't look like the pictures online and were far from modern as expected. However, the staff was incredibly polite, helpful, and accommodating. The location was fantastic with easy access to transportation, but the hotel was closed earlier than advertised.
The hotel had mixed aspects, the rooms were clean but a bit noisy, and the service was very friendly and accommodating. It's conveniently located near the main train station, but lacks in dining variety.
The hotel's rooms were clean and better than expected, with convenient amenities like a safe and fridge. The staff were friendly and efficient, despite some inconsiderate guests. The location was brilliant being right next to the train station, which was the main reason for choosing this hotel. The dining experience provided well-stocked and tasty meals. The facilities were satisfying overall.
The hotel is situated right beside the train station, making it super convenient for transportation, with friendly staff ready to assist. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but lack balcony furniture for relaxation. The dining experience is pricey and feels cramped, but the location is unbeatable with easy access to major city points.
My hotel stay was a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean and spacious with ample storage, but I had a problem with the bathroom. The staff was really friendly and helpful, but I wish they could do a bit more to modernize the amenities. The location was perfect for catching the train, but the hotel felt small for the number of guests. The dining options were good with a variety to suit all tastes, though some dishes were undercooked. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor inconveniences to note.
